Mr. Paduch has aggregated seventeen years of professional experience in commercial software development, Information Technology and Information Management services sectors. This period includes six years as a member of Hummingbird (now OpenText) Research and Development and Professional Services teams. Mr. Paduch is one of the software developers behind Hummingbird (OpenText) Knowledge Management, Enterprise WebTop and Search Server technologies.

Over that period of time Michael delivered or managed teams that delivered a variety of complex, commercial products and solutions that included document and content management, e-collaboration, e-workflow, specialized search, medical and government records management, security, wireless and database solutions for enterprises in Canada, US, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Poland.

In recent years, Mr. Paduch has served as Application Architect on behalf of Directorate of Information Management Enablement Services, Public Works Government Services, Canada. During this time he served a diverse portfolio of Government of Canada clients including both large and small departments and agencies including but not limited to Justice Canada, Correctional Service Canada, Health Canada, Public Health Agency, Nuclear Safety Commission, Library and Archives Canada, Human Rights Commission and several others.
